In a somewhat small children's room I made a bed that can be raised and lowered with a winch. A desk then appears under the bed

Custom floating bed!

I had the panels cut at TOSIZE.pl. Then I had beech beams of 40x40 mm planed. I milled slots in the beams into which the plates fit. The whole thing glued together. Then started with the mechanism. After many hours of adjusting and measuring, I installed a counterweight behind the bed, which makes the bed move back and forth quite easily with the help of the winch. The end result is impressive, if I say so myself
